Join Us as a Director & Lead the Change!

At Success Center, we are dedicated to making students’ dreams come true through the provision of affordable online educational services. We are expanding our reach and seeking passionate and self-motivated individuals to join us as national, regional/state, district, and school directors to lead our mission in various locations.

Compensation for these roles is performance-based, rewarding success in leadership, growth, and income generation. These will be discussed further as you progress in the application process.

1. National Director

Location: Nationwide (Ghana)

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Role Overview:

The National Director is the highest-ranking leadership role in Success Center’s regional framework, responsible for overseeing all operations, strategy, and expansion efforts across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Success Center’s vision and strategy at a national level.
  • Develop policies, goals, and objectives to drive impact and growth in line with the Center’s vision.
  • Supervise and support regional/state directors.
  • Foster partnerships with schools and corporate sponsors.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure sustainable revenue generation.
  • Represent Success Center at national events and forums.

Requirements:

  • At least a bachelors degree in any field
  • Teaching in a senior high school is a plus
  • Proven leadership experience in education, business, or nonprofit management.
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build partnerships and secure funding.

2. Regional/State Director

Location: Your specific region or state
Reports To: National Director

Role Overview:

The Regional/State Director ensures Success Center’s mission is effectively carried out within their assigned region or state, managing multiple districts and schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of programs within the region/state.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise District Directors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools and corporate sponsors.
  • Drive revenue generation efforts through fundraising, partnerships, and educational programs.
  • Analyze data to assess impact and performance.

Requirements:

  • At least a bachelors degree in any field
  • Teaching in a senior high school is a plus
  • Proven leadership experience in education, business, or nonprofit management.
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build partnerships and secure funding.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations.
  • Strong financial and operational management skills.

3. District Director

Location: Your specific district
Reports To: Regional/State Director

Role Overview:

The District Director manages Success Center operations in their assigned district, ensuring schools and community programs align with the organization’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise school directors and support their initiatives.
  • Monitor educational programs and provide strategic direction for growth.
  • Establish connections with schools and sponsors.
  • Ensure financial sustainability and monitor district-level revenue.
  • Track and report performance metrics to the regional/state director.

Requirements:

  • At least a bachelors degree in any field
  • Teaching in a senior high school is a plus
  • Proven leadership experience in education, business, or nonprofit management.
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build partnerships and secure funding.
  • Strong financial and operational management skills.
  • Leadership ability to manage multiple schools and programs.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

4. School Director

Location: Your specific school

Reports To: District Director

Role Overview:

The School Director leads Success Center operations at the school level, ensuring educational and community programs align with the organization’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the school or center.
  • Ensure high-quality educational programs and community engagement.
  • Build connections with the school teaching and non-teaching staff, and volunteers.
  • Develop relationships with students, parents, and local organizations.
  • Inspire students and all other stakeholders to patronize Success Center services.
  • Report progress to the District Director.

Requirements:

  • At least a bachelors degree in any field
  • Teaching in a senior high school is a plus
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build partnerships and secure funding.
  • Strong financial and operational management skills.
  • Experience in school leadership, education, or youth development.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to drive financial sustainability at the school level.
